At Conzex Global, we do not offer refunds for services provided. If clients encounter issues with our services, they may request a review by contacting support. A detailed explanation of the issues, including documentation, must be provided. If the issues result from our error, we will work to resolve them at no extra cost. No refund will be issued for client-side or external issues.

Cancellations

  • Before project commencement: Clients may cancel and receive a partial refund of advance payments, minus any incurred costs.
  • During project execution: No refund will be issued for work completed. Any payments made are final.
  • After project completion: No refund will be issued.
