1. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds once our services are rendered.
  • If you encounter issues with the quality of our work, please contact us with a detailed description and supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs).
  • We will investigate the issue; if it’s due to an error on our part, we’ll correct it at no additional cost, but refunds will not be provided.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

You may request to cancel a project in writing at any time. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

  • Prior to Project Commencement:
    A partial refund of any deposit paid may be issued, less any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.
  • During Project Execution:
    No refunds will be issued. All payments made up to that point are considered final and non-refundable.
  • After Project Completion:
    Once final deliverables have been submitted and approved, no refunds will be provided.

All eligible refunds will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
